This hands on business development programme is designed to incorporate and integrate the important elements of the sales and marketing process and the development of selling skills into a two-day programme.
The programme focuses on SME business, new start-ups, established businesses with a need to develop an effective sales & marketing function within their business. It is a hands-on workshop that will ensure that the essential elements of the each process are understood and practised. It is an interactive workshop and will be hands on in that the participants will take an active role in the programme.
