Learn to take advantage of Facebook's integrated features and develop your social media strategy. This programme is aimed at business owners/managers who already have a Facebook business page and wish to improve customer engagement, increase Facebook traffic, develop custom landing pages, incorporate existing website content into Facebook and create an e-commerce Facebook store.

Learning Approach

This session will be highly participative and relevant through interactive learning, case studies, individual approach, use of hand-outs and audio-visual materials. It will contain numerous examples of best practice as well as tricks and tips to help existing Facebook business page owners develop their pages as part of an integrated social media marketing campaign.Delivery style will include the use of trainer presentations, live demos, group and individual work, discussions and question and answer sessions.

Course materials will be provided, although participants are encouraged to bring along their own laptop in order to participate in the practical exercises in this workshop. 

Morning break, lunch and refreshments will also be provided.
