The aim of this pilot course is to provide each participant with an idea of what it is like to work in the Hair Department on a film/TV set. The workshop gives a clear understanding of the demands of hair dressing for film and television and will cover the following topics:
Overview of the production process
- In the studio: Description of each department
- Script breakdown
- Continuity in hair styles for film
- A typical day on set
- Mood boards with examples of styles / wigs
- How to get working in this growing industry.
