I would like to commend and give a special mention to the Naval College staff involved in preparing and training these young officers. They have carried out the task of developing and cultivating these fine young people for their future careers with care and commitment. The successful results of their hard work and dedication stand before us today and they can be justly proud of the good work they have done.
