Consultation on the Legal Deposit of published digital material in the 21st century in the context of Copyright legislation

The Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, is seeking views from stakeholders in the library and archives community, publishers and members of the public in the context of the review of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000.

Currently, there is no provision in legislation for the deposit of online digital content e.g. websites.
