The objective of this LEO Offaly course is to provide those who are considering starting a business or those who have recently set up their own business with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed. Topics to be covered include market research, legal issues, marketing, sales, book-keeping and taxation, people management, e-business, best practices and business planning. On completion of the course participants will have produced their own business plan.
