€11,800 sanctioned for Togra Fiontar agus Cultúr Uladh by Minister of State Kyne
Minister of State for Gaeltacht Affairs, Seán Kyne T.D., has announced that he has sanctioned a grant of €11,800 for Togra Fiontar agus Cultúr Uladh, Co. Donegal to carry out essential works at Teach Mhicí Mhic Gabhann.
Announcing the grant, the Minister of State said: "I am pleased to be in a position to provide this assistance to Togra Fiontar agus Cultúr Uladh so that they can put a new thatched roof on this important building. This house is one of the most important heritage and cultural jewels in the area”.
This funding is being provided under the 20-Year Strategy for the Irish Language 2010-2030.
