First comprehensive review of special educational needs resources in over 20 years

The National Council for Special Education advised Education Minister Ruairi Quinn on how to use special education supports to maximum effect to drive improved outcomes for children with special educational needs.
As part of a year long review, the NCSE consulted with a wide range of education professionals on how best to support students with special educational needs in schools in the future. This is the first comprehensive review of special educational needs resources in over 20 years.
