The Minister for Training and Skills, John Halligan, T.D., today congratulated the 60,247 students who received their Junior Certificate results.
The Minister said, “Students receiving their results today should be proud of their achievements and use the experience as a foundation as they move onto the next stage in their education. As Minister for Training and Skills, I hope that Junior Certificate students will continue to engage with our education system, to equip themselves with the skills and knowledge to fulfil their potential.”
The Minister concluded by thanking families and teachers for their support of the students, acknowledging their important role in today’s results.
The results will be available in schools today and available on-line from 4pm on www.examinations.ie
