Taoiseach convenes meeting on homelessness
Taoiseach Enda Kenny met with Mike Allen of Focus Ireland on Friday last regarding the homelessness crisis.
A number of matters were raised and following the meeting the Taoiseach has instructed relevant senior civil servants to meet today to discuss these matters and to examine ways that they may be addressed.
The Government remains committed to resolving the issues which are leading to great hardship for homeless families.
