Taoiseach Enda Kenny is pictured at his fourth annual St Patrick's Day meeting with President Barack Obama at the Whitehouse. The Taoiseach and the President discussed immigration, the economy, Ukraine and other issues.
Later today, the Taoiseach will attend the annual Whitehouse St Patrick's Day reception, where he will present the President with the traditional bowl of shamrock. Following the presentation, the Taoiseach will attend the Irish Ambassador's St Patrick's Day reception.
On Sunday, the Taoiseach will travel to Boston where he will attend a St Patrick's Day breakfast hosted by Massachusetts State Senator Linda Dorcena Forry. He will also attend a reception for business and economic groups.
