Minister Howlin welcomes the publication of the LRC Recommendations for a revised Public Service Stability Agreement 2013 – 2016 – The Haddington Road Agreement
Acknowledging the significant work undertaken by all parties, the Minister said “the open engagement by all parties in the recent negotiations is to be welcomed.”
It is now a matter for each union to deal with these proposals through their own process.
