Easter Rising Commemoration at Arbour Hill

President Mary McAleese, Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Justice Minister Alan Shatter today attended the annual 1916 Commemoration Ceremonies in Arbour Hill. The ceremony was led by the President, and a solemn requiem mass was offered for those who died for Ireland in the 1916 Rising.

Following the ceremony, Minister Shatter hosted a reception for invited guests, including relatives of the 1916 leaders.
