Taoiseach launches Daffodil Day
Taoiseach Enda Kenny today launched the Irish Cancer Society's Daffodil Day.
Daffodil Day, which takes place on Friday 25th of March, will see 5,000 volunteers take to the streets of Ireland with fresh daffodils and daffodil pins to help raise money for the Irish Cancer Society. This year's fundraising target is €3.8 million.
