Taoiseach welcomes the news that Marion Price is to be released from prison
The Taoiseach has welcomed the news that Marion Price is to be released from prison.
Commenting on the news, the Taoiseach said:
"I welcome the decision of the Parole Commission today to release Marion Price from prison.
There has been growing concern about Marion Price's health in recent months and I had raised her continued imprisonment with Prime Minister Cameron on a number of occasions.
I am pleased to learn of today's news and I hope that Ms. Price will now be able to spend time with her family and friends."
