Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown has developed a 3 week evening programme for you and your business.
The aim of the course is to help small business owner/managers navigate the Employment Law landscape by gaining an appreciation of the employment contract, issues of employment equality, employee entitlements as well as matters relating to contract termination and redundancy.
The programme will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of Irish employment legislation. It is practical in nature and is designed to ensure Owner Managers are up-to-date with current employment legislation thus ensuring full compliance.
Class sizes for this course are limited to 12 people to ensure maximize learning outcomes for participants. If you are unable to attend one of the 3 sessions, let us know and we can arrange for those course notes to be emailed to you.
