Minister Humphreys pays tribute to PJ Bradley

The Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Heather Humphreys TD, has today (Wednesday) paid tribute to former SDLP MLA PJ Bradley, following the announcement of his death. Mr Bradley was a member of the All Party Group of Commemorations.

 

Speaking today Minister Humphreys said:

“I was very sorry to learn today of PJ Bradley’s death. PJ made an important contribution to developing an inclusive approach to the Decade of Centenaries as member of the All-Party Group on Commemorations. His breadth of experience ensured he made considered and thoughtful contributions over the number of years when he served on the Group.

 

“He brought a much valued Northern perspective to the Group and its work and I always valued his contributions. At all times, I found him to be an absolute gentleman. I would like to express my sincere condolences to PJ’s family and friends at this difficult time.”
