Statement from Minister Dara Murphy on Microsoft's Data Storage in ireland
My Department and Officials along with the Data Protection Commissioner are aware of the decision in the US District Court with regard to data stored by Microsoft in Ireland.
The case is being monitored carefully and this latest judgement will now be fully examined
