Statement by Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Employment, Richard Bruton TD on the industrial relations dispute at Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland
The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Employment, Richard Bruton TD today (Tuesday) expressed concern at the ongoing industrial relations issue at Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland factory at Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
The Minister stated, "In the interest of ensuring the continued viability of the operation, I would encourage both parties to meet under the auspices of the Labour Relations Commission as soon as possible with a view to exploring ways of resolving the immediate issues at dispute and also the underlying issues that have given rise to the industrial relations problems at the plant."
