BUDGET 2014: RYANAIR PLANS TO BRING ONE MILLION PASSENGERS TO IRELAND WELCOMED BY MINISTER FOR FINANCE MICHAEL NOONAN
"Ryanair's announcement today that they plan to bring an additional one million passengers to Ireland following my announcement in Budget 2014 to reduce the air travel tax to zero is a really positive development. Their strong reaction to the removal of the tax in the Budget is to be welcomed. Creating the right conditions for job creation was a key priority in Budget 2014 and this announcement will be another significant boost for the tourist industry next year. "
