The Group established by the Government, ICTU and IBEC to examine the Dublin Bus dispute has engaged Mr Noel Dowling and Mr Ultan Courtney to carry out an urgent investigation of the issues underlying the rejection by the driver grades of the Labour Court recommendations.

Mr Dowling is a former National Organiser with SIPTU. Mr Courtney is the Managing Director of Courtney HR. They have been asked to report back to the Group in the shortest possible timescale.
