Equifax Inc., a global information solutions company headquarted in Atlanta, Ga., announced today the creation of 150 new jobs in Dublin over the next 12 months, bringing its total Irish workforce to more than 350.

Equifax, considered one of Atlanta’s leading FinTech firms, opened a new IT Development Centre in Dublin last September, and also employs 100 people at a separate facility in Wexford.

Welcoming the announcement, Minister of State for Trade, Employment, Business, Pat Breen said,

“This expansion project by Equifax, bringing an additional 150 high-quality jobs to Dublin is a great vote of confidence by the company in what Ireland has to offer. We are very pleased that their existing operation has made great achievements in such a short space of time. The availability of highly-skilled staff for Equifax’s innovative IT Development Centre has been key to their ongoing success in Ireland, and I am confident that this will continue to be the case.”
