Minister of State Shane McEntee today addressed the inaugural meeting of Organic Focus, the new national group which aims to drive the development of the Organic Sector in Ireland. In his address, the Minister stated that he hoped that the inaugural meeting marked the start of a new phase in the development of the Sector throughout Ireland.

Commenting on the task ahead for the group, the Minister stated

“While there are challenges, if the focus is on identifying solutions where possible and developing strategies to achieve progress, the potential that exists can be realised for the benefit of all.”
