Minister Joe Costello presents education award in Vietnam
Minister Joe Costello presents a prize to Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung, who won the Ireland Contest, which promotes Ireland as a place to study for Vietnamese third level students. She will study in UCC as part of an Enterprise Ireland initiative.
