Minister Ruairi Quinn launches details of "Transition or Transaction" conference
Education Minister Ruairi Quinn is pictured today launching details of the Transition or Transaction” conference on transition from second to third level, organised by the Higher Education Authority and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment.
