Taoiseach launches Blood Pressure Roadshow

Taoiseach Enda Kenny today joined the Irish Heart Foundation, Covidien and sons of the late Father Ted actor Dermot Morgan Don, Rob and Ben to launch the Irish Heart Foundation's Blood Pressure Roadshow.

The Roadshow is visiting locations nationwide this autumn. Members of the public can find out where to avail of free health checks on www.irishheart.ie.

I'm delighted to be launching the Irish Heart Foundation's Blood Pressure Roadshow. Cardiovascular disease is a serious problem in this country and it is through initiatives like this one that we can continue to raise awareness and provide information on the changes people can make to take better care of their health.
