Taoiseach meets Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister
Simeon Djankov, the Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, paid a brief courtesy call on the Taoiseach this morning, ahead of a scheduled meeting with the Minister for Finance. The Taoiseach and the Deputy Prime Minister discussed opportunities for closer engagement between Ireland and Bulgaria bilaterally and within the European Union.
