€2,515 Grant approved by the Minister of State McHugh for Coiste Forbartha an tSean Phobail, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, to purchase a stage lighting system
Joe McHugh , Government Chief Whip and Minister of State for the Irish Language, the Gaeltacht and the Islands, announced today (Wednesday 11 April) that he has sanctioned a grant of €2,515 for Coiste Forbartha an tSean Phobail, to enable them to purchase a stage lighting system.
Announcing the grant, Minister of State McHugh said that he was pleased to be in a position to help the Committee in delivering this project.
“The local community will benefit from the stage lighting system that will help to cultivate drama and entertainment in the area.”
This grant is being sanctioned under the Gaeltacht action of the 20-Year Strategy for the Irish Language 2010-2030.
