Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly has today (07 March 2023) published the 2023 Waiting List Action Plan.

The Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Micheál Martin T.D., Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien T.D., and Minister of State for Heritage and Electoral Reform, Malcolm Noonan T.D., have welcomed a landmark United Nations agreement on global ocean conservation, which was concluded in New York last night.

The Department of Education can confirm that as of 1 March, 14,931 Ukrainian pupils have been enrolled in schools across Ireland. Out of that figure, 9,650 of these pupils have been accommodated in primary schools while 5,281 pupils have enrolled in post-primary schools.

Minister for Community Development, Integration and Charities, Joe O’Brien TD has today, (Monday, 6th March 2023) announced a new Call for Applications under the Community Services Programme (CSP). The CSP currently supports over 420 community-based organisations.

The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly TD has today announced the development of the National Endometriosis Framework which sets out for the first time a defined clinical care pathway for women with endometriosis.

To celebrate International Women’s Day and to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement (GFA), the Tánaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence, Micheál Martin TD has announced that the documentary ‘Wave Goodbye to Dinosaurs’ will be available to screen free of charge on Wednesday 8 March 2023.

Minister for Trade Promotion and Digital Transformation, Dara Calleary TD today, Monday 6 March 2023, welcomed the work of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) on behalf of Irish consumers to ensure greater transparency in changes to WhatsApp terms of service.
