Minister of State with responsibility for Equality, Immigration and Integration, David Stanton TD, today joins the international community in sharing the vision of ‘Breaking the Silence’ on International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia 2020.

The Minister of Transport, Tourism and Sport, Shane Ross and the Road Safety Authority (RSA) have confirmed that the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (CVRT) network will reopen from 18 May 2020 for vehicles with a test due date prior to 28 March 2020 (before the 3-month extension to commercial vehicle certificates of roadworthiness came into effect).

Minister Madigan confirms Ireland Performs scheme extended with additional €20,000 to run daily events until Sunday 24th May to reach a total of 120 events

In the lead in to the first phase (May 18th) of the Government ‘Roadmap for reopening society and business’ the Coast Guard has thanked the public for their cooperation in observing the travel and social distancing guidelines as they impact on maritime and coastal activities.
