Today, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue, brought Ireland’s finalised CAP Strategic Plan (CSP) 2023-2027 to Cabinet for approval.

The Minister for Agriculture Food and the Marine Charlie McConalogue has announced the appointment of Mr Michael Finn and Mr Jonathan Hoare as Executive Members of the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA).

The Department of Education can confirm that as of 30 September, 11,809 Ukrainian pupils have been enrolled in schools across Ireland. Out of that figure, 7,420 of these pupils have been accommodated in primary schools while 4,389 pupils have enrolled in post-primary schools.

Today, 3 October 2022, the Minister of State for European Affairs, Thomas Byrne T.D., represented Ireland at the EU – Israel Association Council. The meeting focused on engagement between the EU and Israel across a range of issues and on the Middle East Peace Process.
