Additional Capital Grant over €143,000 awarded to the National Concert Hall for the purchase of video infrastructure.
The Minister for Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht, Catherine Martin T.D., announced today that funding of €143,475 has been approved for the National Concert Hall for the purchase of video infrastructure for ongoing live-streaming.
Speaking today Minister Martin said:
I would like to congratulate the National Concert Hall on their innovative response to the crisis and I am delighted to announce this additional funding that will allow the Hall to further develop their infrastructure to ensure the audience receives the highest quality broadcasts. As concerts at NCH are restricted because of the COVID crisis, this will provide a new way of reaching audiences.
