Grant of €2,878 sanctioned by Minister of State McHugh for Forbairt Pobail Mhaigh Cuilinn, Co. Galway, to carry out a feasability study

Joe McHugh, Government Chief Whip and Minister of State for the Irish Language, the Gaeltacht and the Islands, announced today (Wednesday 11 April) that he has sanctioned a grant of €2,878 for Forbairt Pobail Mhaigh Cuilinn, Co. Galway, to help them carry out a feasibility study.

Announcing this grant, the Minister of State said that he was delighted to make the grant available to Forbairt Pobail Mhaigh Cuilinn to help them achieve another step in the work they plan for the people of the area, in terms of the Development of a Community Centre.

This grant is being sanctioned under the Gaeltacht action of the 20-Year Strategy for the Irish Language 2010-2030.
