The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Mr Brendan Howlin TD, is pleased to announce the invitation for

from parties wishing to participate in a competition for the award of a 20 year exclusive licence to operate the National Lottery in Ireland.

This announcement signals the initial phase of the competitive process. The full competitive process will commence later this month when the Request for Applications documentation will issue.
