Minister Flanagan congratulates Naomi Long on election as Leader of the Alliance Party
Following the election of Naomi Long MLA as Leader of the Alliance Party, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Charles Flanagan TD, has congratulated Mrs. Long.
The Minister said:
“I warmly congratulate Naomi Long on her election last night as the new leader of the Alliance Party.
I look forward to working with Naomi in her new role. To become party leader is a great personal and professional achievement and must be a great source of pride to both Naomi, her husband Michael and her family. Her success is much deserved and is a testament to Naomi’s dedication and professionalism, and the high esteem in which she is held by her colleagues in the Alliance Party.”
