Minister McEntee attends the opening of the Darndale Golden Years Senior Centre Extension
Minister for Mental Health and Older People, Helen McEntee, TD, is delighted to attend the opening of the Darndale Golden Years Senior Centre Extension today.
Speaking at the event, Minister McEntee said, “I am delighted to have been invited to the opening of the extension at the Darndale Golden Years Senior Centre Extension. This new extension allows Golden Years to expand and enhance their role in the community. It will provide both an improved environment for existing members and extra capacity to address the increasing demand locally. The opening of this new wing will cater for an extra 100 daycare places each week in addition to the 945 members already registered with the centre”.
