This is an achievement that few Irish riders have accomplished, and it is a testament to his hard work and dedication over many years of training and competition. While I know the Tour is a long and arduous event with many more stages to come, I hope that Dan can take the time to savour this victory. I wish him continued success in the Tour and will be watching him and the other Irish entrants with great interest.”
