Ministerial approval has been obtained to continue to provide funding to Sail Training Ireland for three more years from this year, 2023. This funding will be used to provide sail training to young persons from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD, today visited Co Meath. Minister O’Brien officially opened 96 new social homes in Dunshaughlin and visited the site in Ashbourne where a further 74 homes are under construction. In total, 170 social homes are being delivered across the two sites.
