The Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF) has received a cheque for EUR205,000 from Early Childhood Ireland from their National Pyjama Day which will be used to support the IHF's Hospice Home Care for Children programme. National Pyjama Day took place on 8th March when 40,000 pre-school children across the country took part in the national fundraising drive.

Early Childhood Ireland has partnered with the IHF for National Pyjama Day for the past three years and raised over EUR700,000 for its Hospice Home Care for Children programme. The funds raised have gone towards developing a network of ChildrenÕs Outreach Nurses nationwide.
