A Cheann Comhairle, Deputies, I am very pleased to have this opportunity to introduce the Criminal Justice (Suspended Sentences of Imprisonment) Bill 2016 to this House.

Good evening everyone- it is lovely to be here with you tonight to network, to discuss and especially to celebrate this senior leaders’ event with GLEN, with EY and with you all.

Good morning Ladies and Gentleman. I would like to thank the Irish Times for inviting me to give the opening address at this event today.

Distinguished guests, Ladies and Gentlemen, Excellencies it is my pleasure to welcome you to the second annual European Financial Forum.
